25 Irish companies are scheduled to hold a Meeting of Creditors (MOC) to appoint a liquidator between today and the end of next week (2nd - 13th November 2016) - just over three per working day.
According to their latest sets of filed accounts, these companies owe their trade creditors a combined total of approximately E9.1m.
Figures for the year show that MOCs are down on the same period in 2015.
Between January 1st and November 2nd this year, 481 Irish companies have held a meeting in order to appoint a liquidator - this is down 17% on the same period in 2015 when 581 companies had held an MOC.
